Circular Design

Circular Design is a methodology developed by TheCircularLab, in collaboration with the UXER School, which enables multidisciplinary profiles to be given training on the circular economy while at the same time providing answers to challenges to improve plastic containers, cans and carton packaging.

The objective is to co-create solutions to challenges that emerge along the way towards a circular economy by entrepreneurs, company professionals and students by means of agile methodologies like Google’s design sprint. 

The methodology is applied in three different formats:

3.5-hour training sessions, aimed at students who want to enter the world of the circular economy, with the aim of finding solutions to challenges set by Ecoembes. This format offers those present the opportunity to familiarise themselves with new working methods and to develop ideas on sustainability and the circular economy.
Circular Design Challenge
Circular Design Challenge
Training sessions are held over an 8-hour day, aimed mainly at entrepreneurs and professionals, with the aim of finding solutions to challenges set by Ecoembes. This format enables participants to learn to work with agile methodologies and to develop ideas in a quick and efficient way.
Circular Design Sprint
Circular Design Sprint
These training sessions are held over five consecutive days, aimed at professionals, students and entrepreneurs, with the aim of finding solutions to the challenges set by Ecoembes. This format offers the opportunity for participants to work on and fully develop a project by applying agile working methodologies.
