Social research is at the centre of our studies. We use various sociological techniques and methodologies and take into account other areas of knowledge such as neuroscience, market research, and big data.
Your feelings change throughout the recycling process, from purchasing a product to the subsequent waste separation and its disposal in containers.
In our Citizen Area, we have analysed how you feel at every stage. Discover what motivates you and what concerns you when it comes to separating waste. The conclusions will help you recycle more and better.
5 different personalities
At TheCircularLab, we want all citizens to find their own motivations for recycling. The Emotional Recycling Index project provided us with the keys to divide the population into five large groups that relate to sustainability and recycling in different ways.
Through this study, we were able to understand the emotional characteristics of each group and develop new, more personalised communication models that encourage all citizens to integrate the recycling process into their daily routines.
Share your thoughts with us. We look forward to your suggestions, ideas, and comments to promote the circular economy in society.
